Our fees are based on a percentage of the hired candidate’s first year compensation. Fee percentages may vary due to the complexity of the assignment and/or number of placements required. Job seekers do not pay.
We typically find a short-list of qualified candidates in 5-10 business days. Timing after that can depend on client needs and candidates’ schedules.

Yes. All our placements are guaranteed. Very occasionally we find that the person we have placed does not fulfill the role. If this happens, we move quickly to fix this. Should either you or the hired candidate terminate the employment relationship prior to the expiration of the guarantee then we will replace that person for no extra charge or we will extend a credit to you.
