I am deeply involved in all aspects of the work we do and am full of pride for our team’s success and the culture of collaboration we have built here. I show up every day to listen and learn, to work through challenges and to solve problems. I strive to create a positive and inclusive environment and surround myself with great people. As a group, our goal is to develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates. These relationships mean that people can connect with their colleagues, understand their customers, and find meaning in their work. I joined Lecours Wolfson in 1992, became a partner in 1999 and have been the sole owner since 2021. I genuinely love my work and have spent my life contributing to the industry. My early background in Hospitality gives me a perspective for the roles we fill, the clients we serve and the talent we help. As Principal, I am always aiming to support a successful and resilient sector.

Joining Lecours Wolfson in 2001, I have built a practice based on providing my clients with a transparent recruitment process which is focused on targeting passive candidates. In this market, I believe that the truly successful are not actively looking – they need to have access to a resource where they can ask pointed questions about the merits of the opportunity – they want and demand a three dimensional look at a company and opportunity versus a one dimensional ad or posting. We measure a prospective candidate’s EQ in addition to their hard skills so that our clients hire the best available candidate in terms of pedigree and cultural fit. We provide our clients with comprehensive headhunt reports within 10 days of search initiation – you have the right to a transparent view of how you are being positioned in the market. We are the antithesis of most recruitment firms in that we take a more targeted aggressive approach to recruitment and unlike most of our competition we have the human resources to handle that methodology.
